Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1–3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you of any significant delays, but we do our best to get everything out in a timely manner!

Please email us regarding international shipping to select countries at acexperformance@gmail.com. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received. Please contact the shipping provider directly in those cases.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at acexperformance@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund for verified defects.
